Insurance: We are on panel with Pacific Source and Blue Cross. If your health insurance carrier allows you to choose an out-of-network provider (usually a PPO plan), We are able to bill as out of network providers, please be aware though that this usually results in a higher copay for you. You will be responsible for your copayment (due at the time of service). Please check your coverage carefully. You can check the back of your insurance card for the phone number to call for mental health services. |
